    Client Verification by Guarantor

     (52K)
As of July 1, 2009, lawyers in Saskatchewan are required to verify the identities of clients, and to obtain certain information to confirm the identity. In most cases, this information has always been part of our engagement (name, address, and so on), and of course, all information will be kept secure in the same fashion as we protect all information entrusted to us. Where we are unable to personally verify identity, third-party guarantors may conduct the verification. This form can be used; in most cases, we will provide instructions on how to complete the form, but if you require further help, contact us by email.
