Scott recently returned to Saskatchewan to join WMCZ following seven years of practice with a major law firm in Calgary. He has experience with labour and employment matters, media law, administrative law and commercial litigation. Scott advises employers on all matters involving employees including hiring and termination, wrongful dismissal actions, grievances, human rights complaints, employment contracts and policies and labour standards legislation.

He obtained his Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Saskatchewan in 1994, and his Bachelor of Laws degree in 1997.

Scott is a member of the Labour and Administrative Law, Litigation and Privacy sections of the Canadian Bar Association. He is also Prairie Representative of the Canadian Media Lawyers Association.
