Sami was born in Cairo, Egypt and but grew up in Saskatoon.  He received his post –secondary education from the University of Saskatchewan where he completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Masters of Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing and Finance, and a Bachelor of Laws. Sami has also completed his Canadian Securities Course.   

Sami brings his prior business experience in marketing, sales and consulting to the practice of law and understands that there exists an interaction between legal and business problems.   

Sami is an active member of the Canadian Bar Association and practices primarily in Corporate and Commercial law, commercial real estate, mergers & acquisitions, and securities.   

Sami is a competitive tennis player and a board member of Riverside Badminton and Tennis Club.
