• Hourly or daily rates as negotiated and set out in an engagement letter or agreement.

• Charges apply to all preparation time, travel time, attendance time and writing time, unless otherwise agreed.

• Clients are responsible for disbursements and all applicable taxes.

• Fees on settlement before hearing/session are based on time spent plus any applicable cancellation fee.

• A cancellation fee is charged in addition to the time spent to time of cancellation, unless we are able to book another session in that time slot. Cancellation fees are set in the engagement letter or agreement.
