Alanna was born and raised in Saskatoon. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts (Sociology) from the University of Saskatchewan in 2005. Her Bachelor of Laws followed in 2009, after which she joined WMCZ as an Articling Student. She has always been very involved in the community, both through her family's long standing local business, and her volunteer work in and outside law school. This includes work with Community Legal Assistance Services for Saskatoon Inner City Inc. (CLASSIC) through the Walk-in Clinic, and also the Legal Advice Clinic.Alanna was admitted to the Bar in 2010, and is looking forward to the new challenges as she proceeds through her career.
