We help clients understand their rights and obligations under Federal and Provincial labour standards, workers' compensation, human rights and occupational health and safety legislation.

We can assist you with industrial relations questions. We have experience before the Canada and Saskatchewan Labour Relations Boards, including certification, decertification, unfair labour practice and other applications. We also have experience in grievance arbitration and collective bargaining.

We work with clients to develop workplace conflict and harassment policies and policy manuals. We continue to use our knowledge and experience to assist clients by training them in conflict resolution.
